Managing Partner
JRK brings over 40 years of leadership experience from TCS, where he headed Global Alliances and Partnerships until his retirement in 2019. With deep expertise across IT, cybersecurity, deep tech, and government ecosystems, he has built a global network of strategic relationships. He serves on the boards of Swan Energy, Methodhub, AIQoD, and Jain Resource Recycling, and has held key roles in national industry bodies, including CII, CSI, NSDC, and multiple state and central government task forces focused on IT, e-governance, and skilling.
Jagdesh B. Kirpalani
Principal
Jagdesh B. Kirpalani is an international business advisor and legal expert with deep cross-border experience across energy, aerospace, retail, and economic development. A graduate of the Birmingham School of Law, he has advised both private companies and governments, including the State of Alabama and the Government of India, on complex transactions and regulatory matters. With over a decade of experience in India’s energy sector and a strong network across legal, corporate, and governmental circles in India and the U.S., he brings strategic insight and cultural fluency to high-stakes engagements. He is especially adept at navigating Indo-U.S. business landscapes with precision and integrity.
Rick Moore
Principal Rick Moore is a White House veteran and former Oracle executive who brings strategic leadership across Aerospace & Defense, Energy, Healthcare, and IT. He serves on multiple boards and advises global ventures, from expanding U.S. aerospace manufacturing to managing fund interests in Australia and real estate projects in Asia. Based between Kansas City and Washington D.C., he bridges policy, capital, and execution across sectors and geographies.
Chandrasekhar Jayaramakrishnan

Chandra brings over 15 years’ experience in commercial aviation and digital transformation. He is the co-founder of KeepFlying, a Singapore-based aviation data science venture, and serves as Head of Content to Aircraft Commerce, one of the industry’s leading publications and a major platform for Aircraft and Engine cost datasets.
His career spans product development, business growth, aviation consulting, and entrepreneurship, with a track record of delivering solutions for stakeholders across the global aviation sector including OEMs. He holds a postgraduate degree from Cranfield University and a Diploma in Aviation Leasing and Finance from the Law Society of Ireland.
Neel Jayaramakrishnan

Neel.J is a seasoned marketing and branding expert with cross-sector experience spanning media, sports, and investment groups. He has held key roles at Times of India, Rajasthan Royals, and currently leads branding at Chennaiyin FC, Universal Table Tennis, and the Dani family office.
